The Bronzer We All Need

Bronzer is such a wonderful thing, it brightens the complexion and makes us look and feel like we've had more sun than we probably have, the best of all is that it is super easy to apply. I've worn bronzer ever since I got into makeup and it's fair to say I've tried a lot of different brands and textures from high end to high street and cream bronzer to powder bronzer, some of which were great and have become my favourites and some which I no longer use or recommend. A few weeks ago I was in Superdrug, no surprise there, and I spotted the new packaging of their own brand tanning range, Solait. I've never used this range before but I spotted they had a powder bronzer and I just had to pick it up, especially as it was less than a fiver.
Let's start off by appreciating the cute and Instagram-worthy packaging, the baby pink is completely my style and the font they've used on the range is so blogger friendly, I love it, it definitely drew me in to make the purchase. Solait Bronzer is a fantastic size of 22g but it's not a bulky product so it won't take up heaps of room in your collection, I have some bronzers that I really like but the packaging is just too awkward and big to store! This bronzer is a deep matte shade designed to enhanced the complexion by adding a radiant glow to the face and body so this product can be used on the face and anywhere on the body, avoiding the eyes of course!

What I really like about this product is that its 100% matte which means there is no chance of looking shiny or shimmery with this, this also makes it a great product for contouring. Solait Bronzer has a beautiful soft texture that glides onto the skin, a little goes a long way with this product especially if you have a paler complexion like me. I can apply this onto my skin at 07:00 and it will still be there when I get home at around 18:00 which is pretty impressive although I do have dry skin rather than oily so most products do tend to stay put for me. I've used this bronzer for general bronzing of the skin and also for contouring and it works well for both, leaving you with a lovely sunkissed look that is far from patchy or muddy.

After trying this product from the range I am super keen to try some of the other products such as the Bronzing Foam and Instant Tan Spray which all have the same super cute packaging and are all available with a third off in Superdrug right now.

Have you tried any of the Solait range?
