Cohorted Beauty Box

The Cohorted Beauty Box* has always been one I've had my eye on, it offers a great selection of full-size products whilst being sold at a pretty affordable price of just £35.00 which includes delivery. I was very much looking forward to the March edition of the beauty box arriving as I know that in previous months, the box has always contained some really good high-end products that have gone on to become some of my favourites. The Cohorted Beauty Box works as a subscription service where you pay £35.00 each month to receive a box full of surprise products for you to try, it's a great way to be introduced to new brands and try products you might not have picked up from the store originally.

So let's talk about the contents of the March edition, as you can see the box contains a fantastic selection of well-known brands including Urban Decay and Pur Minerals. Let's take a closer look at the products I received this month.

The first product that caught my eye was the Pur Minerals Secret Crush Eyeshadow Palette, RRP £24.00, as it looks very much like some of the offerings from Urban Decay. The shadows feel super soft and the pigmentation is great, I also think this is better value than Urban Decay so I'm very glad to now have this pretty palette in my collection. Moving on to the Bronzing Beauty Balm, RRP £23.50, from Urban Decay which claims to provide hydration, optical blurring, SPF, a hint of colour and prime for makeup, this is a product I cannot wait to try as it sounds amazing! Also, let's just take a minute to appreciate how lovely the packaging is.

Vintage Cosmetics have always been such a lovely brand and I have tried a few of their products before so when I spotted a pair of their Rose Gold Eyelash Curlers, RRP £8.50, inside the Cohorted box I was very pleased, firstly they are absolutely beautiful and secondly I have no doubts that they will work wonders. We then have a couple of liners inside this box which aren't actually included in the booklet, perhaps they are freebies, firstly a Bellapierre Waterproof Gel Lip Liner, RRP £20.00, in the shade Cinnamon which I think I may have tried before and it is a really lovely shade, it's just the perfect nude that works alongside so many of my favourite lipsticks, definitely one to try if you haven't already. The other liner is the Lord & Berry Supreme Eyeliner in Smart Blue, RRP £12.50, a shade that is lovely but one I probably won't ever wear because I am too used to my comfort zone!

The final product inside this months box, (wow there has been a lot!) is a sample size of the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment, RRP £15.00. I've never heard of or seen this brand before so I am really looking forward to treating my hair to something completely new. The product claims to give the hair volume, body, smoothness, conditioning and strength so it all round sounds really good and I have every crossed in hope that it works for me, my hair could really do with some love lately!

All of these products would set you back £103.50 if you were to buy them individually so you're getting a pretty good deal with this months Cohorted Beauty Box and I would highly recommend!

What beauty box have you tried in the past?
